The Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) leadership has officially announced the appointment of Udhayanidhi Stalin as the Legislative Party Leader of the party in the Tamil Nadu Assembly. The decision was made during the party’s internal legislative meeting attended by senior leaders and elected representatives.

Along with this major announcement, senior DMK leader K.N. Nehru has been selected as the Deputy Leader of the Legislative Party, while E.V. Velu has been appointed as the Chief Whip. The appointments are seen as an important step in strengthening the party’s coordination and legislative functioning in Tamil Nadu politics.

Udhayanidhi Stalin’s elevation to the position of Legislative Party Leader highlights his growing influence within the DMK and Tamil Nadu political landscape.
